Last updated: July 14, 2026

1. Provider

These Terms of Service govern your use of BedrockOps (bedrockops.dev), operated by:

Nubri GmbH
Liebenowzeile 22
12167 Berlin, Germany
Email: info@nubri.co
VAT ID: DE332956472
Registration: HRB 217794 B, Amtsgericht Charlottenburg

2. Service Description

BedrockOps is an AI observability platform providing cost optimization, real-time monitoring, and alerting for AWS Bedrock AI workloads. The service connects to your AWS account to retrieve and analyze usage data.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. AWS Integration

By connecting your AWS account, you authorize BedrockOps to access Bedrock usage metrics and related CloudWatch data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to grant this access. We access only the resources necessary for monitoring and do not modify your AWS infrastructure.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to monitor accounts you do not own or have authorization to monitor
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the platform systems
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Exceed usage limits or circumvent rate limiting

6. Data Ownership

Your AWS monitoring data remains yours. We process it solely to provide the observability service. We do not share your data with third parties or use it for purposes beyond delivering the service.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Monitoring alerts and notifications are provided on a best-effort basis. You should not rely solely on BedrockOps for critical infrastructure alerting without secondary monitoring.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nubri GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to costs arising from undetected AWS usage spikes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
